I find it quite ironic that:
the IT industry, which historically always had a big lack diversity problem (read: frat bros toxic culture),
is currently being completely destroyed by said big frat bros egos inflated to the maximum by LLM use. bad software maintenance practices, no care for menial work or quality, making messes everywhere.
