I took the last couple of minutes to DM all accounts I follow that are still on zirk.us or sigmoid.social (~15 total), told them about their server being overrun by bots and being considered "abandoned" & linked to IFTAS (npub1y2r…kvzk) https://mastodon.iftas.org/@iftas/117033681890229179

I encourage you to do the same :)
(But please check first if they already posted about moving)

PS:
I exported my "Follows" as CSV.
[Update: for "Followers", this script worked: https://codeberg.org/Schoeneh/sharing-is-caring/src/branch/main/Scripts/export_mastodon_followers.py]

If you haven't yet silenced the following domains, you are potentially federating non-stop pro-Russian state-sponsored spam and slopaganda.

Local timelines make it very clear these services are overrun, abandoned spam factories with 150-300 bot accounts posting 24/7.
