Sortition: a democracy where decision makers are selected at random.
It reduces factions and corruption by eliminating career politicians. Unlike direct democracy the entire population does not need to engage all issues at all times (freeing resources). No elections = no campaigns, no campaign finance.
It has many of the benefits of democratic centralisum, without some of the drawbacks.
