I don't run a Mastodon server, but you might also want to ban dkimvalidator.com. This is a service for mail server admins to test their outgoing mail to make sure it complies with various spam prevention measures. You can send an Email to any address at dkimvalidator.com, then enter that address on the website in order to read the mail as well as a report on its compliance. There's no security, so anyone can send anything to any address at dkimvalidator.com then read it, making it a perfect disposable Email setup for non-sensitive or throw-away accounts.
