What's the current preferred way to to set up a clean, resettable build environment for older versions of macOS?
(I have an ancient laptop that runs High Sierra and I'd like to try to get stuff compiled on it with/adjacent to MacPorts, preferably on a faster machine. On Linux, I'd just use a Docker container with the minimal set of installed packages and clone/delete as needed. But for macOS?)
