I've modeled the front half of the bottom structure. Here's a fly-through.

Notes:

- The black piece will be high temp plastic, probably ASA. The rest is PLA.

- The dock, which is hot, only touches the two little prongs at each corner. They fit into the grooves in its heatsink. There is air space above and below.

- The plastic is not load-bearing. The monitor stand will be supported by an M5 screw and locknut at each corner.
