All that I actually want is a normal voice recorder, with an offline transcriber, perhaps one that makes a #TXT and #SRT file with #Whisper and syncs it up to the audio file. Something like this:

I wouldn't be shocked if #Sony or a similar company makes something like this in the future, although hopefully it wouldn't require internet connectivity.
