Five years ago, I was wrapping up my PhD and already incredibly lucky to have Alex Hanna (npub1e2z…n97d) as my advisor. When she asked if I wanted to join DAIR (npub1mmf…2mx9), which the great Timnit Gebru (she/her). (npub1z40…s3fq) had just founded, I couldn't believe my luck. Even now, I still can't.

What the team has accomplished over these five years is incredible, and we can't wait to share what's next. Join us on December 4 to celebrate DAIR's past, present, and future!
