I'm thinking of trying my hand at writing a compiler frontend for LLVM. What's a good uncommon language to try implementing. I want something that's uncommon and not too difficult.
My current best candidate is a dialect of vintage 8-bit BASIC. Second-best is Bell Labs' B.
Does anyone have any other ideas?
