My neighbors can keep me awake, wake me up, terrorize me with their noise, but if i try to talk with them about all the noise they impose on me, they see themselves as the victim, they bully me, every day, but accuse me of bullying them for simply trying to beg them to be more quiet. This is not a sustainable life. I lack sleep, my nerves are shot, because of them. But somehow they turn it so that i am the problem.
