When I saw the images and videos coming out of the Venezuelan earthquake, I felt deep sorrow for the innocent people pleading for help from under the rubble. The scenes, as seen in the videos and images that have emerged from the Gaza war to this day, were strikingly similar. I watched it repeatedly, but in a different way. I wish a speedy recovery to those injured in the Venezuela earthquake.
