The top songs list is already sorted from the API endpoint. I'm basically just taking that list, taking my list of local tracks, and doing an inner join using the track name and the album. Since I'm iterating on the top songs list to assemble the joined list, it preserves the sort order. The whole thing is basically O(n+m) (n to make the lookup dictionary and m to iterate over the top song list to make the final joined list).
