As Rachel Reeves seems to be colluding with the financial services sector to 'encourage' pensioners to give more of their savings to investment bankers to play with Patrick Jenkins (FT) sounds a cautious note.... and not just because many of us suspect the bankers have their eyes on our savings to further enhance their fleet of yachts (a famous critique to the investment industry was called 'Where are clients' yachts?') and are minimising the risk to our pensions.
