Yes it is. I fear the RC isn’t going to cut so cleary across the issues under its perview and its expensive report will gather dust in the archives (like many other RC efforts).
Govts should test their *knee-jerk* (and at times regressive) legislation exercises thought the Courts rather than kicking things into the future using expensive RCs imo.
