There is one thing I really miss from when I was on #Twitter.
When some company treats you badly, and you can't reply to their email because it's from a noreply@somecorp.com address, and the feedback form on their website refuses to submit claiming something is wrong with all the fields you filled in, but it won't tell you what ...
It used to be that you could tag them on Twitter with a complaint and get a near-instant response from a human.
Now I am going to have to send an actual letter.
