Once the irreversible happens, there is no going back.
We all want a better life for our children, but sometimes we forget to give them what they need most: our time, our attention, a listening ear, moments of fun, and the words “I love you.”
To every parent: please, make time for your children. Listen to them. Play with them. Let them know they are loved before it’s too late.
We need more awareness around children’s mental health.
