So the top 3 people in the area listed that get the top billing anyway are being brought to the "top top" and highlighted again. Just seems like google is eating itself on the results and further pushing down other results off the page. It's like they took their own results, jumbled them up and re-displayed them.
Now I'm wondering if these are ADs or prototyping of their new ADs within their AI summarized results. Seems like it if they are devoting an entire page to just 3 results.
