"content": "I planted rhubarb in the spring of 2025. It’s supposed to grow for at least a year, maybe two, before you harvest any stalks from it.\n\nThis is my first harvest. It’s about to become rhubarb crumble using a recipe that I got from my mom, who has been razzing me for some rhubarb to cook with.\n\nIt’s a big, healthy, looking plant, but it froze in March and had to regrow its leaves, so I don’t want to harvest too much too soon and stress the plant. \n\n#rhubarb #FirstHarvest #gardening\nhttps://stranger-social-bucket.us-southeast-1.linodeobjects.com/media_attachments/files/116/501/791/978/548/635/original/8135bd907c352099.jpeg\n",
