I saw the crash literally coming and first my thought was "try to roll off to reduce impact!"

Luckily I was wearing a helmet and gloves. So it was just my knee and elbow where I got bloody scratches. And a patch of bruise on the sholder.

The Garmin alarm pushed me to quickly check if anything's broken (no) or severly damaged (no). So I disabled the alarm, drove a bit further to a bank where I rested. That's where I met the nurse.
