i've gotten a new client, and they're GOOD at their work. good planning, democratic and ego-free meetings, sensible objectives all that. Tech is not very democratic and egofree in its collab and neither is medicine, in my experience. and this has been a literal breath of fresh air. i hope i dont fuck this up by bringing my baggage along.
