need a new internet.
mesh networks... bitchat... cashu...maybe.
or... we go back to the old ways...
zines, letters, pamphlets.
more local... not as widespread. low tech. not as easy to surveil. still works for the underground scene.
nostr's another... but if you need permission at the os level... what then? just linux?

Soon any ISP will demand gov approved ID in order to be allowed to use it.
We need a parallel internet, but that is far away from being a reliable alternative right now.,
