Ajudge has now accused Bridget Phillipson of trying to rewrite the Supreme Court ruling that sex in the Equality Act means biological sex.

Her barrister argued that letting biological males into women’s toilets and changing rooms does not breach the law. The judge said that argument is inconsistent with the ruling.
