Mastodon! I need advice!
I teach Game Programming, which is mostly taken by fourth-year Computer Science majors. The main work of the semester is a complete game. Students work in teams of five (or four). Mostly, this goes well. But I always get a few teams that either tell me one person isn't doing much, or (less often) one person tells me they are doing almost everything.
Please suggest ways that I can cope with this, as I try to encourage everyone on a team to make a real contribution.
