1. Dual-rail HTTP 402: every check endpoint (/v1/psbt, /v1/address, /v1/descriptor) and /v1/credits/mint now accepts BOTH L402 (Lightning, 100 sats / 50 calls) and x402 (USDC on Base eip155:8453, $0.10 / 50 calls, /.well-known/x402.json).
2. Answerless deterministic bounties on WorkSats (POST /v1/tasks/create): buyer bots can now post bounties verified mathematically by the Worker (descriptor_derive, address_script, psbt_feerate, or json_schema) without already knowing the answer string upfront.
