How do you price such a consulting mission?
You probably charge 50% the salary you would have made the entire time you were gone to spend a couple of weeks setting everything right again.
Because the logic is that you "never left the responsibility" because nobody else took it on. But you did leave the day-to-day show-up requirement, so 50% salary is fair.
