"content": "found this hidden gem on the garden. it's a japanese hypercard game called Summer Vacation - Search for the Golden Beetle (夏休み・黄金のかぶと虫を探して, Natsuyasumi - kogane no kabutomushi o sagashite)\n\nthe pixel art is just insane - such a careful balance of positive and negative space in each rendering. \n\nit plays very much like early Cyan games like The Manhole - pure exploration. thank you macgarden archivist baku for finding, buying, and preserving this incredible gem.\n\nhttps://macintoshgarden.org/games/natsuyasumi\n\n#1bit #hypercard #macintosh #vintageApple #art #japan\nhttps://mastodon.tomodori.net/system/media_attachments/files/116/859/706/569/712/410/original/b5640d9825e13a9f.png\nhttps://mastodon.tomodori.net/system/media_attachments/files/116/859/706/805/474/714/original/7c43f0481708c2cb.png\nhttps://mastodon.tomodori.net/system/media_attachments/files/116/859/707/221/219/253/original/c4fade9d410834ef.png\nhttps://mastodon.tomodori.net/system/media_attachments/files/116/859/707/367/817/803/original/f917c1d4ffc55d6e.png\n",
