Please technical question, I’m looking for an open source setup that can estimate speed of a car based on a webcam video. People are driving like assholes on my street and I’d like to make some ‘evidence’ so the village government will do something about it. I don’t need to track license plates, just want to get speeds to demonstrate there’s a ‘problem’.. any ideas ?
