The PedoFelon’s fascist administration’s drive to destroy the Post Office has already had an effect on me.

I pay our bills on-line, but the local utilities of this small town aren’t set up to take electronic payments. This means that my bank is actually sending out a paper check. Until now, that’s never been a problem.

I went to look up our current water bill and was taken aback to discover that we’d been dunned for non-payment and hit with late fees. I went to my bank account to doublecheck. I initiated the payment May 13, and the check was supposedly sent on May 20. The payment cut-off date was May 31.

When I called the water company, a friendly, helpful woman told me that they didn’t get the check until June 8. The means it took twelve business days from wherever it was mailed. Even if it was mailed from the east coast, first class mail shouldn’t take twelve fucking days.

But PedoFelon’s minions are deliberately making deliveries slower to rural areas, so I’m stuck paying late fees for their malign meddling with how the mail works.

Fuck these fucking assholes.
