39 finished products, one prompt engine, and a server with less power than a smartwatch. No GPU, ever.
The full asset pipeline, metadata CSVs, upload ledger, Markdown-to-PDF, zipping and cover rendering, ran on 1 vCPU and 2 GB of RAM. Four plain Python scripts, no framework, no cloud account. Only two third-party packages in the whole kit: Pillow for the 1280×720 covers and 600×600 thumbnails, reportlab for the PDFs. The other two scripts use nothing but the standard library, so they install in zero seconds.
That matters if you sell stock assets, because the art was never the bottleneck. I've lost more batches to a wrong CSV header than to bad images, Adobe wants 5 columns, Vecteezy 4, Dreamstime 15, and each one rejects a bad header instantly.
