If you use MySudo and don't want to use Google Backups, make sure you clone your account on a secondary device. If you don't and you lose/break your phone you will lose everything, including access to all your phone numbers and email addresses, your messages, contacts, and call logs.
MySudo says in that instance if you still have access to the Google account with the MySudoo subscription they can manually restore the phone numbers and email addresses, but not the other data.
If you have the account accessible on a second device, you can easily restore it on a new phone via QR codes.
