I asked questions about the operation of a delivery service and in response the corporation banned the driver from their platform for my "inconvenience."
The driver wasn't the fucking problem.
I phoned corporate's helpline first thing this morning to tell them I'd like them to reverse that decision. This morning's corp agent typed my feedback into a field box and clicked escalate.
For my convenience: zero investigation of the actual problem, solved by the economic execution of a gig worker.
