My question was "which natives?" given that they all fought each other before we got here. If land titles obtained by conquest are invalid, then ALL land titles are invalid, since all habitable land has changed hands in war and the first residents were usually killed off.
Do we give Mexico back to the Aztecs? Oh wait, they conquered it.
