If your internal messaging to employees is so unclear or lacking in authority that the message "Don't do anything that makes us look like we're aligned with fascists" doesn't get through and your employees continue to do stuff that makes the company look like it's aligned with fascists, then I'd submit that you're either a shit CEO who probably shouldn't be trusted with the reigns of a company built on trust or you've decided to throw in with the fascists to maintain market access.
