Last seven day fast that I completed 18 months ago. Perhaps it’s because I know what to expect in terms of feeling. I almost decided to break the fast when I got home. I have a lunch they provided to me after the scan. And then I also made a fried sourdough Starter pancake of sorts. I decided to do this so as not to waste the discard. I think it would be useful for making a personal pizza. It looks and smells really good.
