The first descent (Col du Glandon) was (and is always in this race) neutralized, because many parts are steep and technical. Given this fact, I still spotted 4 ambulances taking care of crashed riders...
The second descent was very long, not difficult and was really a joy racing down 40km with an average speed of 50km/h.
