I gave a [very] short presentation about reproducible analysis environment using #Guix and arsann (npub1rt6…rclc) covered #Nix and {rix} for #RStats.
Although it was a short talk, I was surprised how many people came forward to discuss reproducibility in #EuroBioc2026 conference.
This is a good testament to the will of the community to adapt more robust and reproducible analysis environment.
