You can safely spend your BIP110 coins with replay protection. Currently priced at ~400k sats per coin.
I've created a co-signer service that adds an input that only exists in the BIP110 chain so the transaction is not valid in the Bitcoin chain. Works also for already spent coins in Bitcoin that did not get replayed to the BIP110 chain.
