I have a picky child and dog that I cook for (not Lacy in the background, she loves everything) so I'm doing the old trick of cooking, dehydrating, and making powders of veggies to stir into sauces, cookies, ice cream, hide in a pb&j, whatever. A little here, a little there, added with a salt shaker. This is a pound of carrots.
