#running
Trying to get back to it after holidays and heat have taken their toll.
A slow 6k this evening.
Running is almost always thinking time and clearing out the mental clutter.
#music
Deliberate first track: "That's Entertainment" by The Jam.
That's for Andy who passed away this week, thankfully he'd had time with his family and friends.
Don't forget to tell your loved ones how you feel.
