Well this is rather lovely. In a brief moment of creative overenthusiasm I picked up a decorative birdcage on Facebook marketplace from our wedding last year with vague ideas of presenting the cake in it. It turned out to be too small so we filled it with crisps instead, and at least one small child present was subsequently disappointed to discover that all weddings don't have birdcages full of crisps.
