72 year old man shot a drunk off-duty ICE agent in Fresno, after the ICE agent, who had passed out in front of his house at 3:30 AM, attacked the 72 year-old man and his daughter, who had attempted to make the man leave their yard.
The 72 year-old shot the ICE agent in self-defense, and an off-duty police officer who was the boyfriend of the daughter arrested the ICE agent.
The 72 year-old was not charged, but the ICE agent was charged with felony assault and is currently in custody.
