So Nvidia funds a "special purpose vehicle" venture with $2bn, and said SPV will use that equity to borrow even more money from banks ($12bn in debt), then they'll use THAT money to buy A.I. chips from Nvidia, which the SPV will then rent to that idiot from Pretoria's xAI, which will not make enough profits to pay those rental fees.
So xAI won't be able to pay the SPV, and the SPV will default on its debt. The bank will then own old and outdated A.I. chips.
