Trying to plan ahead and rearrange a few areas of the house for when I only have one hand usable after surgery.

My left hand is going to be the problem. For some reason, I have always sat on the sofa so that I have a table on my left. Partner sits so he has a table on the right. This is in spite oh him being a lefty and me not, and we are both realising this makes very little sense. Especially now. But what were we thinking a couple decades ago when we started this?

Also, he designed most of the kitchen in spite of me doing most of the cooking and... his left handedness is shining through. Which I never noticed. Til this weekend. So obviously I adapted to well, even with an injured left hand.

But with only using my right?

Um. Yeah. This is going to be fun.
