I've only had time to watch 12 minutes of it so far, but it seems worthwhile for knowing some of the players and incidents that happened before the #FlamingoRevolution started.
There's a lot of foreign attitude towards Albanian corruption, as if they do not have their own corruption in the EU, US, etc. I'd say the democratic traditions here are weaker and for historical reasons.
It's not like Western Europe and the US were that helpful in keeping out the vultures from their own countries who came here rushing to bring capitalism, not democratic traditions.
It is this corruption, by all the ruling parties, that the protests have been about.
However, on any given night there is less violent crime happening in Tirana than in many European capitals, IME.
