oh, interesting to read there that the Italian brands Delverde and De Cecco make their pasta partially with imported wheat!
my go-to pasta is La Molisana, which afaik is made in Italy with only Italian grain
and interestingly, on the cheaper side of things, most of the yellow No Name pasta is made in Türkiye
