"content": "The simple little Wacom tablet I bought for Kat circa 20 years ago finally gave up the ghost. đ˘ \n\nBut wait!!\n\nAll that has happened is the wire has broken at a stress-point... #WeCanFixIt!\n\nIf you ever wondered what the guts of an early 2000s Wacom tablet look like... now you know. (More photos to come...)\n\nI don't really know how this stuff works but I assume it's something capacitive, some field-effect... inductive? I could web search that I guess.\n\n#electronics #repair\n\nhttps://toot.ale.gd/system/media_attachments/files/114/364/259/448/784/339/original/518b92791bf87c6c.jpeg\nhttps://toot.ale.gd/system/media_attachments/files/114/364/264/838/851/745/original/dfdca250a1c1c65d.jpeg\nhttps://toot.ale.gd/system/media_attachments/files/114/364/258/463/546/181/original/89b31d320b89b7c3.jpeg\nhttps://toot.ale.gd/system/media_attachments/files/114/364/260/598/322/752/original/a182be8b24ca4a2b.jpeg",
