I saw:
6 wombats
1 echidna twice
Wallabies
Lots of Cape Barron Geese including a very protective nesting one
5 of the Maria Island chooks
1 spotted lizard about twice the size of a skink
Sea eagles
Lots of little birds easy to hear but not see
Black currawong who was very puzzled by my mainland currawong accent
No kangaroos - I think it was too sunny
Also on the mainland nearby:
Swift parrots
Black cockatoos with yellow patch
4 echidnas
A padymelon
Lots more birds
No snakes :)
