I am trying to remain civil however, it is difficult when I see so many people posting opinions about a subject that they know little, if anything, about.

And a lot of that contradicts my decades of experience in the RAF, Defence and Aerospace sector albeit mine is telecommunications.

But even from a telecommunication background I have still crawled around aircraft, been on aviation missions and actually taken control of various aircraft and therefore not just flown IN the things but have FLOWN them.

And I am a pacifist who deplores war, but have been prepared nonetheless to fight, have actively served and taken up arms in order to play my part in trying to keep conflict to a minimum.

Not many can say that, and those few who can are also either in the forces, or paid the ultimate price.

Some of them were my oppos, and others my friends.
