"content": "It's been a while since I busted out the awesomesauce Quest M3 coffee roaster, but did so today, doing three \"tuning\" roasts to re-familiarize myself with this fantastic device. A bit dark, but it was a tuning roast. 2nd and 3rd turned out better.\n\nI absolutely love the completely manual, hands on nature of this powerful little drum and airflow roaster.
