She's right, but dealing with it is *not* going to be easy - there's far worse going on that isn't getting reported, and lads behaving as "local warlords", which has been happening in some areas 30+ years.
The older ones are now fathers and grandfathers of todays angry youth!
I can't see it being achievable without /some/ form of restriction of Internet "content" and/or other perceived freedoms of young men and if handled badly will cause yet more of a backlash that could bring Reform into power.
Already Reform seem increasingly popular with younger men, and its hardly as if Nigel Farage has much "rizz"...
